  2. Even I going to follow the rule ACER in my anxiety life. It is quiet hard though want to give a try to overcome. Thanks alot for this wonderful article and I hope this will help thousands of ppl like me.

    1. Thank you my friend. It’s not easy at all to overcome anxiety. Took me 2 years. What ACER does is to help you stay on that recovery track and patiently let it happens. Many of us fell back into the anxiety hell and make our life worse by trying so hard to get better. Paul David said in his book. “You can never get better until you stop trying to get better” And that’s the most accurate statement in anxiety recovery to me
