Symptoms

I list out every symptom I had and also the symptoms that are shared with me by the people that I have the privilege of helping. You can click on each symptom to find out more information and tips to about them.

Please know that dealing with symptoms is not the ultimate way to recover from anxiety and panic attacks. Knowing what they are can give you short term comfort. Reading about them should solidify the idea that you’re safe, but it should not be used as reassurance seeking. 1. I wonder if Anxiety has a direct effect on Testosterone? I have had anxiety since leaving the Army in 2007. For most of the time between then and now I was on SSRI’s mainly Lexapro. SSRI’s do affect Testosterone and a lot of the symptoms above can come from Low T. My last blood panel test showed my Total Testosterone was 341 ng/dl. Which the range is 300 to 1,000. Mine is in the normal range but on the low side. May just be over thinking it and using the testosterone reading to justify these symptoms as ssuch instead of them actually being anxiety symptoms.

    1. I feel exactly the same way mine would be the hormones. Today has been rough I would like to find the root cause and maybe there will be healing.

      1. Healing comes from accepting the symptoms. Finding the root cause is great but it won’t help in healing.
